The Judge Group is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Clanton, AL area.
Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Clanton, AL
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily electrical maintenance operations within a plywood facility
- Supervise electricians and contractors, ensuring productivity and safe work practices
- Plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance programs
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues to reduce downtime
- Coordinate scheduling, labor, and materials for maintenance tasks
- Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs (Allen-Bradley), VFDs, and HMIs
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance
- Background in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Solid communication, organization, and team development skills
- Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and process efficiency
